Local Bike Day Tours

Being based in the hub of southwestern China Sichuan Province, Bike China Adventures offers a collection of shorter half-day and full-day tours in and around Chengdu’s urban areas as well as the adjacent countryside. These scouted routes include visiting some of the wonderful historic and cultural sites in and around the city. Choices include touring around Chengdu’s urban areas to visit historical and cultural sites, visiting Chengdu’s famous Giant Panda Research Base, or enjoying a comprehensive taste of world renowned Sichuan snacks and cuisine.

The areas around Chengdu’s urban center also offer a wonderful juxtaposition of a modern developing Chinese city and a diverse rural landscape of the Sichuan Basin. The regions around Chengdu contain a vast collection of ancient towns, thousands years old engineering projects, tea and rice plantations, and rolling countryside that offer a spectacular relief from the concrete and high-rise buildings of the city. There are many options to choose from.

Full and half-day tours can start in either the morning or afternoon.
